Aluminum extrusions are one of the basic building blocks of airplanes. Unfortunately, they can be hard to get. Not if you call D-J Engineering. We specialize in custom or low production runs of aircraft alloy aluminum extrusions.

With an in-house extrusion press at our disposal, we can do small or large extrusions up to 10” in diameter. Pierced hollow extrusions are no problem. If the extrusion needs CNC milling, profiling, forming or joggling, we can handle that too.
